MGT 545 Operations Strategy

The treatment of strategic planning and competitive issues in operations management in a domestic and global environment. Prerequisites: MGT 311, MGT 340, MKT 311; 86 semester hours completed; Admission to the BSBA Degree; if not earning a BSBA Degree, course listed on a declared major or minor; or graduate standing. Credit may be earned for only one of MGT 311 and MKT 311.
