This topical survey explores audience development and marketing and how they are applied in the arts and culture sectors to increase earned income. Prerequisite: ARA 110 or 26 completed credits.

This topical survey course gives a history and overview of censorship and voluntary standards in the arts across disciplines. Prerequisite: ARA 110 or Completion of 26 credits

This course explores fundraising practices in arts organizations including the role individuals play in various annual, major gift, capital, and planned giving fundraising campaigns. Prerequisite: ARA 110 or Completion of 56 credits.

This course explores legal issues that affect the arts, including freedom of expression, intellectual property, cultural property, and labor and employee relations. Prerequisite: ARA 110 or 56 credits completed

This course covers International Arts Public Policy and Advocacy including the history and development of those policies and how they compare across cultures. Prerequisite: ARA 110 or Completion of 56 credits.

Experiential course where students apply textbook and classroom learning in an arts organization, business, or department. Each credit requires 70 contact hours in the organization. This course is repeatable when content is not duplicated. Prerequisite: Signed Arts Administration major; Completion of 56 credits

Arts Administration Senior Seminar synthesizes multiple topics that help students enter the profession or graduate study while completing a major project synthesizing knowledge and practice. Prerequisites: Signed Arts Administration major; Completion of 86 credits.
