Game Design and Social Studies, Undergraduate Certificate
Students pursuing a Game Design and Social Studies Undergraduate Certificate are encouraged to meet with an advisor during the first semester of attendance at CMU.
Admission Requirements, Retention & Termination Standards
To sign the certificate, the following criteria must be met:
- Signed Teaching Social Studies (Grades 5-12) Major
- To earn the certificate, students must successfully complete the required courses and earn a cumulative GPA of 3.0 in all required and elective courses.
- The certificate may be granted after completion of 9 credits. This certificate may not be earned separately from the successful completion of the Teaching Social Studies (Grades 5-12) Major.
