The Digital Management concentration is designed to develop the skills needed to effectively manage the digital aspects of organizations. Administrators in this space need to lead and communicate with virtual teams, make technologically informed and ethical decisions, and understand how to be effective managers within the digital infrastructure of the enterprise. Leveraging digital resources, using technology to improve business performance, and leading transformation are among the many concepts covered in this concentration.
