MGT 320 Human Resource Management
Examines process for providing and maintaining productive human resources in an organization. Includes recruitment, selection, training, performance appraisal, compensation, labor relations, and health and safety. This course is approved for offering in a distance learning format. Prerequisites:
MGT 258 or
MGT 312, 56 semester hours completed; Admission to the BSBA Degree; if not earning a BSBA Degree, course listed on a declared major or minor.
