NDS 681 Supervised Experiential Learning: Foodservice Administration Experience

Application of foodservice principles, including budget decisions, cost control, personnel management, and leadership, involved in the service of food in healthcare and/or community settings. Prerequisites: Admission to the Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics (MSND) Plan B: Experiential Track - A Pathway to RDN; NDS 697. Co-requisite: NDS 678.
