NDS 571 Clinical Nutrition

This course provides an overview of medical nutrition therapy with a focus on the current evidence-based nutrition practice guidelines for prevention and treatment of diseases. Prerequisites: NDS 370 and NDS 473 and BIO 392, or HSC 214 and HSC 215; one of the following: CHM 421 or CHM 425 or CHM 522; or graduate status.
