NDS 675 Dietetic Internship: Foodservice Administration Experience

Application of administrative principles (budget decisions, cost containment, personnel management, leadership) involved in the production, distribution, and service of food in healthcare and community settings. Prerequisites: Registration is restricted to students accepted into the dietetic internship and Graduate Studies.
