MGT 545 Operations Strategy

The treatment of strategic planning and competitive issues in operations management in a domestic and global environment. Prerequisites: MGT 303/MKT 303 or MGT 340; 86 semester hours completed; Admission to the BSBA Degree; if not earning a BSBA Degree, course listed on a declared major or minor, or graduate standing.
