ENG 101 Introductory Composition

Development of nonfiction prose writing skills. Students prepare a variety of texts by applying knowledge of composing processes, rhetorical strategies, and textual conventions. Satisfies Freshman Composition Competency. This course may be offered in an online format. Grade for ENG 101 replaces existing grade in ENG 103 or ELI 198 and credit may only be earned in one of these courses.
