Intergroup Relations and Justice Minor, B.A., B.A.A., B.S.

The minor in Intergroup Relations and Justice develops critical understanding of relations between social identity groups (across dimensions of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ability, and more) and prepares students to communicate and collaborate effectively across these groups. Through dialogue-based learning experiences, emphasizing active listening and critical reflection, the minor provides students with critical analysis, problem-solving, and intercultural leadership skills to create a more just and equitable world.
