Teaching English Learners Minor, B.S. in Ed., Standard Certificate (ECE or Secondary)

Admission Requirements, Retention & Termination Standards
To receive an Teaching English Learners Minor, students must complete a program of 24 credit hours and have a minimum GPA of 2.7 for this minor.
In addition, they must have documented experience of two semesters (or the equivalent) of college level study in learning a second language.
To attain a State of Michigan ESL teaching endorsement, candidates must also pass the English as a Second Language (126) Michigan Test for Teacher Certification (MTTC).
