Admission Requirements, Retention & Termination Standards

This certificate includes Part 107 FAA regulation training, safety training, and flight management operations, and creative applications of drone technology. Students must meet FAA requirements to obtain Part 107 remote pilot’s certificate.

Option 1: Visual Storytelling (6 hours)

BCA 221	Smartphone Storytelling	3(1-4)

BCA 282	Storytelling with Drones	1(1-1)
BCA 329	Practicum in Electronic Media	1-8(Spec)

Note: you may only count one of BCA 221 or BCA 223.

Option 2: Mapping with Drones (7 hours)
