BLR 365 Native American Justice Through Law

Examines the legal and historical foundations and current application of the law with respect to the Native American’s struggle for recognition and autonomy. This course may be taught in an online format. May be offered as Writing Intensive. Prerequisite: 56 credit hours. (University Program Group IV-C: Studies in Racism & Cultural Diversity in the U.S.)
